Prices do not include shipping charges, custom duties and taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

MODE OF PAYMENT
We accept customer orders via online Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Dinners, JCB and debit cards with the Visa and MasterCard logo. All transactions are conducted in US Dollar.

SHIPPING
Virtually, we can ship to any address in the world via FedEx. Shipping prices are determined at check out and vary with order weight and delivery location. Shipping and delivery dates is based on the stock availability of ordered item/s and the delivery address. However, should stock be available, the order will be processed and shipped within two days of order.

A confirmation with tracking number will be e-mailed when order is shipped. All custom duties and taxes are borne by customers.

WARRANTY AND RETURN
BOOMWAVE is guaranteed free from defects. However if found defective, it can be returned for a replacement within one month of receipt and subject to the below conditions:

1. The product was purchased from www.theboomwave.com or authorized reseller or dealers.
2. The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and unused.
3. The original sales receipt must be enclosed (photo copies are acceptable).

The warranty does not cover damage by accident, misuse, neglect, tempering, moisture, or normal wear and tear.
